We are a small pop-up bookstore, located in the Roanoke Valley, in southwestern Virginia,
following our dream of sharing book-love in the Star City.

What's special about Rainy Day Reads?
A few things in particular:
1. Our inventory is purposefully and deliberately diverse in a variety of ways.
We strive to highlight minority voices and stories for all ages (infant-adult).
2. Our goal is and will always be Books In Hands.
We try to keep books in stock that are not only great to read,
but that are also affordable.
3. We come to YOU! That's right-- this bookstore travels!
In addition to our physical storefront, located inside 16 West Marketplace (16 W. Church Avenue, Ronanoke, VA, Suite 107) , we like to take our books on field trips!
